Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Shift Operator Bulk Operation (Temporary)

Responsibilities :

Receive and ensure the Delivery Order submitted by the transporter
Monitoring and cross checking incoming trucking to ensure it is safe and clean to prevent any deviations in terms of quality or quantity.
Support/Control oil receiving and disbursing activities and ensure that sounding/weighing results show no losses.
Check all the completeness of the facilities such as valves in closed condition, seals, documents before releasing the product into the tank or onto the ship.
Help check the condition of work tools and report to superiors if they find irregularities
Helping to cross check sounding per shift and make the report.
Report the status of oil conditions both in quality and quantity to superiors.
Check the condition of each Inlet and Outlet path before and after the loading process to ensure that there are no work sequence errors (preventing contamination and oil loss).
Carry out the Seal and Record process for each UOI Tank on the Outlet line and ensure the valve is in a properly locked condition and make a seal report until the time of delivery.
Inform tank cleaning according to schedule and maintain the cleanliness of the tank area (if the tank is under UOI supervision)
Carry out the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, RSPO
Maintain and maintain all work equipment (equipment) and environmental cleanliness (environment) at the location of the tank farm.
Running an Integrated Management System, Safety Management Process, Halal Assurance System and other systems that apply in the company.
Carry out other work tasks ordered by superiors.

Required skills and qualifications :

Bachelor Minimal (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Science)
Related experience (min. 1 years) as tank farm /operator logistics
Familiar in product Hydrogenation and oleochemical
Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
Smart in calculating and critical
Understand and be able to calculate the volume of the sounding tank contents
Understand and be able to make work reports
Understand the types of products produced downstream
Preference will be given to those who can operate a computer
