Saat ini PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan November 2025 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Posisi :

1. Account Manager (B2B Sales)

Palembang & Medan

Job Description :

  • Actively seeking new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop a database of qualified B2B leads through different ways such as referrals, canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.

Qualifications :

  • Min. bachelor degree from management, marketing or any related major.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Possess B2B sales experience in the outsourcing industry is an advantage.
  • Good negotiator with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence the customers.
  • Solid experience with Ms. Office.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2. Product Development Officer

Job description :

  • Assist in proposing and implementing Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies for company products.
  • Support the research, evaluation, and planning of new product or service development.
  • Help analyze product performance and suggest improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to product/service diversification plans to improve competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to support product launch processes.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in product development, business strategy, or research.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts (STP, value proposition, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Participation in training, bootcamps, or workshops related to product development, innovation, or design thinking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SWOT analysis or market research tools is a bonus.
