Posisi :

1. Account Manager (B2B Sales)

Palembang & Medan

Job Description :

Actively seeking new clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop a database of qualified B2B leads through different ways such as referrals, canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.

Qualifications :

Min. bachelor degree from management, marketing or any related major.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Possess B2B sales experience in the outsourcing industry is an advantage.
Good negotiator with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence the customers.
Solid experience with Ms. Office.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2. Product Development Officer

Job description :

Assist in proposing and implementing Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies for company products.
Support the research, evaluation, and planning of new product or service development.
Help analyze product performance and suggest improvement initiatives based on data and customer feedback.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Contribute to product/service diversification plans to improve competitiveness.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to support product launch processes.
Help build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in product development, business strategy, or research.
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts (STP, value proposition, etc.).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Participation in training, bootcamps, or workshops related to product development, innovation, or design thinking is a plus.
Familiarity with SWOT analysis or market research tools is a bonus.
