Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Everbright (Medan), PT Everbright Battery Factory was established in 1959 by the late Mr. Chandra Djojonegoro and Mr. Chu Sok Sam. It is engaged in manufacturing the finest quality of dry cell in Indonesia.

Our factory is located on a-five-hectare land in Medan, North Sumatera, and is appropriately equipped with the up to date technology machinery and advanced laboratories to produce quality product. In addition, our fully Integrated quality control system with standard procedure enables us to closely monitor the production process at each stage, thereby ascertain the finest quality batteries. In this regard, we have obtained ISO 9002, as an evidence of our consistency in standard quality.

Our quality product has helped us to capture the majority of market share in Indonesia and become one of the largest manufacturers in the country. Currently "ABC" brand has been widely known for its reliability quality in Indonesia.

Over the years, we have ventured into OEM brand (customer's brand or private label) product and exported it towards International market. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

The Group of our product consist of : Super Extra Heavy Duty, Extra Heavy Duty, Heavy Duty, Standard and Economy Grades with sizes D, C and AA, accordingly to IEC Standard 86-1/86-2 (1993); ANSI C.18.1-1986; JIS C.8501-1993; SNI 04.2051-1990. We will ascend our quality improvement and customer satisfaction, as reflected in our commitment for ISO 9002.

Posisi :

Management Trainee (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire thorough understanding of corporate systems and frameworks, both general and specialized
Gain comprehensive knowledge of interdepartmental business processes to understand factory operations
Develop expertise in department-specific functions within assigned placement
Conduct analytical assessment of corporate systems, departmental procedures, and operational workflows
Propose evidence-based improvements to management, encompassing both operational and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with senior staff in mentorship capacity to develop skills requisite for future leadership roles
Successfully manage and execute projects assigned by supervisors
Provide detailed reports to management on assigned initiatives
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance performance capabilities

Qualifications:

Age: between 22-30 years
Education: Bachelor's degree or S1 (Master's degree or S2 will be an advantage) with minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0 from accredited institutions (State University or Private University with minimum B Accreditation)
Academic Background: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Instrumental Engineering
Experience: 2 years in Production, Quality Assurance, or Technical departments within non-organic Manufacturing preferred (fresh graduates will be considered)
Demonstrated record of achievement beyond academic performance, supported by appropriate documentation
Strong commitment to theoretical and practical learning relevant to manufacturing operations
Results-driven mindset evidenced by high professional motivation
Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Adaptability to evolving organizational requirements
Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
Willingness to be based in Medan
