Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.
UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
Posisi :
Assistant Manager Planning and Engineering Store
Duties & Responsibility:
- Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop and manage major shutdown projects
- Generate the maintenance performance report
- Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency.
- Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning and store management, preferably in chemicals, oleochemicals or petrochemical industries.
- Proficiency in M/S Office.
- Ability to plan major shutdown project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance.
- Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
- SAP PM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
