Job Specification :
- Maximum 27 years old.
- Minimum education level : Associate's degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, high dedication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Administration Staff or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, accounts payable and receivable, and other administrative functions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, energetic demeanor, and strong motivation to achieve goals.
- Hardworking, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Capable of operating a motorcycle and holding a valid Class C driver's license.
- Familiarity with income tax deductions and tax invoices will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Medan Baru, North Sumatra.
Job Description :
- Oversee and manage daily activities, including petty cash transactions and invoicing.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the Branch Manager.
- Monitor key financial and operational areas, including Accounts Receivable, Finished Goods Inventory (including monthly stock-taking), and Sales Rebates.
- Address and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the timely completion of reports.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and headquarters to ensure accurate and efficient.
