Initially, it was built to market and distribute industrial chemical products as well as to manufacture burn lime in Padang, West Sumatra. In 1999, AKP added a new product line: fertilizers. It started to market and distributes fertilizers products to customers.

During the last decade, plantation business has grown rapidly which cause the demand and the usage of fertilizers for plantation increase tremendously as well. R & D experts has done excellent job in their research to find the best fertilizers formula mixture for each type of plants by which will bring success to our customers. This opportunity has lead AKP to expand its business along with market emergence in Indonesia.

We believe that the success of the company lies on talented, committed and experienced labors. Most of senior management staff has been working for about 10 years since the company was established. We also catch up with technology innovation to support its operation in order to accomplish its goals and long term objectives.

Posisi :

Business Analyst

Role Summary :

To ensure business efficiency increases through knowledge of both IT and business function.
Applicable to areas / levels of business function : operational, project, enterprise and competitive focuses.

Job Responsibilities :

Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Creating functional specifications for solutions.
Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so the whole team easily understands it.
Implementing and testing of solutions.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Job Requirements :

Degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, business administration, economics or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience is typically required.
Experienced in business analytics, business informatics, business intelligence & analytics, data science, management information systems or information technology.
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
Familiarity with databases.
Proficient in Excel.
Understanding of the software engineering process.
Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken In English.
Domicile in Medan.
