Pada tahun 2019, PT Bina Pertiwi menambah lini produk yang sebelumnya ditangani PT Andalan Multi Kencana. Penambahan lini produk tersebut yaitu masuk pada bisnis after market yang fokus pada sektor mining, hal ini dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan yang beragam. Posisi :

1. Management Trainee

Bina Pertiwi Management Trainee is designed to develop a GREAT Future Leader by providing and developing knowledge and hands-on in business lines for a year program with the target of making significant progress in the business area under control and becoming a leader in the company’s operations and support areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of working experience
  • Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
  • Have a business sense and drive for result
  • Excellent communication, analysis, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

2. Human Capital Development Associate

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth organizational design analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance structure and workflow.
  • Manage manpower fulfillment by forecasting talent needs, developing recruitment plans, and overseeing the hiring process to attract top candidates.
  • Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs tailored to individual needs and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Recommend and implement employee competency review and assessment activities to identify skill gaps and measure the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure development programs address specific departmental requirements.
  • Track and analyze employee development data to measure progress and continuously refine programs for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in human capital development and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experience in a Human Capital Development or related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

3. Human Capital Development Senior Associate

Job Description

4. Finance Associate

Analyze, implement, and ensure all aspects related to Credit & Collection in the company are fulfilled and implemented. Credit & Collection has several responsibilities from upstream to downstream transactions in the company, especially sales transactions starting from registering a new customer to paying off payments made by the customer. Many things are included in it, the duties and responsibilities of an Associate are to ensure that everything related to and intersecting with their work area is carried out well and still prioritizing the best service to stakeholders.

5. Production Planning & Inventory Control / PPIC

Job Description

  • Develop production plans based on sales estimates and market demand, as well as calculate the need for raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
  • Determine the production schedule and ensure a smooth production process, coordinate production activities with other departments/work units, and prepare production reports or presentations for management.
  • Monitor and control the production process to achieve production targets and analyze production data to identify and resolve problems.

Job Description
