Posisi :

Store Supervisor

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Hospitality, Beverage Services Management, Economics or equivalent
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have a good analytical & critical thinking, good communication and leadership
• Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialized in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Has strong knowledge and experience in Operational management
• Able to work with Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities :

• Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market application and sales estimate
• Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Development and implementation of action plans
