Mill Operations Controller

About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mill Controller to lead our palm oil mill processing and maintenance operations.

Position Overview:

As a Mill Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and maintenance of our palm oil mills. Your role will include optimizing mill performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the processing and maintenance of palm oil mills.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal mill performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, including ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, and ISO certifications.
• Conduct process control and fine-tuning to enhance efficiency.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve common goals.
• Handle conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in palm oil mill processing and maintenance.
• Expertise in palm oil mill process control and fine-tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of palm oil mill maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting palm oil mill machinery.
• Familiarity with legal compliance in palm oil mill operations.
• Experience with ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, and ISO certifications.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience in leading teams to meet targets and objectives.
