Posisi :

1. Parts Analyst

Plan, manage, control, and assess activities associated with parts inventory planning, including creating parts master data, handling parts numbers and catalog, analyzing parts demand, categorizing parts, and overseeing parts inventory stock.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) from all Engineering Major
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
Able to work both in a team and independently
Strong data analysis skills & excellent communication skills
Sufficient knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Experience in Inventory Management and Distribution Management is a plus
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP)

2. Parts Strategic Marketing

Develop parts marketing strategy, analyze market size, set parts pricing strategy, and compile parts marketing reports as part of planning, overseeing, and assessing activities in parts marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) from all Engineering Major
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
Able to work both in a team and independently
Strong data analysis skills & excellent communication skills
Experience in Marketing and Distribution Management is a plus

3. Business Consultant

Identify potential clients, establish networks and channels to reach target markets, deliver exceptional service, ensure product profitability, engage in sales activities as a Sales Engineer, and supervise post-sales activities.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from reputable university
Strong interest in Sales Activities
Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Fluent in English both oral and written
Sales/ entrepreneurship experience is a plus

4. General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping

As a General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for calculating, managing, and monitoring GA operational expenses, as well as planning and managing housekeeping activities both at the Head Office and at Traktor Nusantara branches.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Management or a similar field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
Knowledge and interest in General Affairs, expense management, and household management/facility maintenance.
Experience in operational expense management or similar responsibilities is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines.
Computer literacy is a must.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Able to communicate in English proficiently, both spoken and written.

5. Asset Control

As an Asset Control Staff member, you will be responsible for monitoring ex-rental units, creating analysis reports to determine which units require reconditioning (refurbishment), monitoring and reviewing the used equipment reconditioning process to ensure the quality of reconditioned units, and making sure the reconditioning process is cost-effective.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering

Experience in monitoring asset condition & asset management is a plus.

6. Parts & Service Sales

Identify potential clients and build networking, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients. Selling Product as Sales Engineer.

Requirements:

Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering Major
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Maximum age of 25 years old
Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
High interest in Sales Activities
Have a desire to learn about heavy equipment product
Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
Computer literacy is a must
Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus
