Posisi :

Procurement Admin

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes for goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
• Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Create PO
• Payment tracking from finance
• Support administrative duties of procurement team
• Maintain supply planning and tracking incoming materials

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience working in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
