MANAGER PRODUKSI
CENTRAL KITCHEN

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position in a manufacturing or F&B production industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing systems and industry best practices.
Good leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
Good analytical skills with experience in using data analysis software.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Good negotiation skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
Good Communication (Fluent Bahasa and English)
Lean Six Sigma certification, minimum Yellow Belt
Having CPIM certification is better
Understand APD, HACCP and 5S

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Planning and Supervising the Production Process
Lead, manage and develop the production team
Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in production processes
Quality Control: Ensuring that the products produced meet established quality standards
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Ensure that all production activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
Reporting and Analysis
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, marketing, and quality management to ensure smooth integration between the company’s operational functions.
