Posisi :

Operational Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage team and ensure operational activities run smoothly
• Maintain good relationships and coordination with customers
• Handle and manage related Iso Tank or Freight Forwarder
• Guide and supervise the team and colleagues to work in accordance with duties and responsibilities
• Create report and update detail Operations

Requirements:

• Min Education D3 or S1 
• Experience as operation in Logistics Company, Trading Company, 3PL (CLT), Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line for at least 1 year
• English speaking, writing, reading and listening. If can Mandarin is better
• Strong leadership
• Available to standby outside of working hours or holidays
• Placement in KIM - Medan
