Posisi :

Architect / Interior Designer / Drafter

1. Drafter

Job Requirements:

A Diploma III in Architecture, Interior Design, or another related field.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Drafter in a design & construction team setting.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interpret clients’ briefs accurately.
Great organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Experience working with budgets within projects when selecting materials etc.
Strong visualization ability combined with excellent presentation skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, prose, slides and/or sheets) in both English and Bahasa
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.
Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD Drafter and Adobe Creative Suite

2. Interior

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or another related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in the architectural or structural engineering field
Basic understanding of 2D and 3D design drawing
Excellent communication skills with ability to interpret clients’ briefs accurately.
Great organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Experience working with budgets within projects when selecting materials etc.
Strong visualization ability combined with excellent presentation skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, prose, slides and/or sheets) in both English and Bahasa

Job Role :

Develop innovative design concepts that is reflective of client's goals
Conduct other design efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, lighting and color coordination
Prepare and conduct client presentations
Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirement
Prepare color and material presentations and generate specification
