Management Trainee (MT) Program Batch 3 2023

This program will give you exposure and advantage :

Learning :

1. Understanding of end to end business process
2. Attain knowledge from experts in each departement
3. Transfer knowledge from the superior and short rotation in division

Projects :

1. Handling diversfied projects
2. Analyzing problems with comping up with ideas and improvement

Experience :

1. Hands on role and lead the project in departement

1. Management Trainee – Finance Accounting

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
2. Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
4. This position for fulltime employement
5. Applicants must willing to be place in APP office and Mills location

2. Management Trainee – Audit

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
2. Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
4. This position for permanent employement
5. Applicants must willing to be place in APP office, Mills location and Region (site)

3. Management Trainee – Area Sales

Job Responsibilities:

1. Learn sales administration by completing rotation in sales office and area function
2. Learn sales process by completing training program
3. Shadow senior sales manager and sales team on a daily basis
4. Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
5. Leads sales at distributor and outlet with area sales manager and area sales supervisor

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
2. Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Applicants must willing to be place in all arround Indonesia (Sabang to Merauke).
4. Have driving licenses (A) and (C)

4. Managament Trainee – CapEx (Engineering)

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is a must
2. Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
4. This position for permanent employement

5. Managament Trainee – Continous Improvement

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
