Sales Representative Modern Trade

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Purpose:

  1. Implement sales & marketing programs, mix management, planograms, utilizing sales planning and other sales tools in local accounts to improve outlet Sales.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible to implemented and executing PICOS in responsible store, in order to achieve sales and marketing execution.
  2. Ensure that CCEP Indonesia Customer service policy of calling on every store is implemented (including display standard) and that the planned call process is adhered to and rigorously reinforced in order to maintain a good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction;
  3. Ensure that their team delivers over and above what has been agreed, such as additional non paid displays, equipment placements, and gains in our share of visible inventory by consistently delivering a level of service that our customers value and reward in order to increase sales potential
  4. Review price implementation in each outlet to check alignment with Promotion Plan and recommended retail price
  5. Recommend outlet stock/sales order to ensure SKU availability in each outlet
  6. Identify areas for improvement, develop an improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or increase productivity. 
  7. Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
  2. Minimal 1 year experience as Merchandiser in FMCG company
  3. Willing to frequently travel (field person)
