Perusahaan ini memiliki manajemen pemasaran yang ditangani penuh oleh PT Astra International Tbk. Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tahun 1975 dengan nama Astra Motor Sales, dan baru pada tahun 1989 berubah nama menjadi AUTO2000, saat ini perusahaan ini adalah main dealer Mobil Toyota terbesar di Indonesia, menguasai antara 70-80% total penjualan Toyota. Perusahaan ini berhubungan dengan PT Toyota Astra Motor menjadi Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) Toyota bersama dengan 4 dealer resmi Toyota yang lain. AUTO2000 memiliki cabang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia (kecuali Sulawesi, Maluku, Irian Jaya, Jambi, Riau, Bengkulu, Jawa Tengah dan D.I.Y). Analyst Development Program (ADP)

Posisi :

1. Product Analyst – Dealership Product

Qualifications

Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Information, or Computer Science
Have great problem solving skills
Uncover & understand customer needs & translate them into requirements
Be able to provide automation testing script
Have good interpersonal skill and able to handle multitasking
Have strong communication and can working synergistically with the other team

2. Digital Data Analyst

Qualifications

Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or System Information
Experienced min 1 year as Data Analyst, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Analyst
Strong in Data Mining, Data Descriptive & Diagnostic Analysis include the tools
Understand ETL Concept, Automation Scheduling, and Data Pipelines
Understand about Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Intelligence Tools (Power Bl/Tableu), SQL & NoSQL
Added Value: Understand about Machine Learning (Phyton, R, etc) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Have great problem solving skills
Have good interpersonal skill and presentation skill

3. Business Intelligence Analyst

Qualifications

Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or System Information
Experienced min 1 year as Data Analyst, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Analyst
Able to operate Business Intelligence Tools to create dashboard analytics, operational, & performance
Understand ETL Concept, Automation Scheduling, and Data Pipelines
Understand about Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Intelligence Tools (Power Bl/Tableu), SQL & NoSQL
Added Value: Understand about Machine Learning (Phyton, R, etc) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

4. Data Business Analyst

Qualifications

Strong in Data Governance & Data Management and able to handle Data Project Management
Added Value: Understand about Modelling & CRM
Understand ETL Concept, Automation Scheduling, and Data Pipelines

5. Digital Eexperience (CX) O2O Analyst

Qualifications

Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Information, Management, or Industrial Engineering
At least 1 year in Online / E-Commerce Business, or experienced in Project Management is a plus
Able to work in Fast Paced Environment, as this content will be integral to our website, apps and will be utilized in the agile-digital environment, and also evaluation experience between online to offline experience
Able to work Independently-Self Starter, fully responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
Have an excellent communication & interpersonal skills, since it is required to work with many parties
Familiar with agile-sprint method, and knowing Google Analytic, Data Studio / BI, Google Data Studio, and any CRM Tools is a plus
Good interpersonal skills and able to handle multitasking skills with lot of coordination with other functions
Fluent in English and Indonesian (Speaking, reading and professional writing skills in English Fluently as well as Bahasa Indonesia and must truly enjoy delivering informative content daily)
Expert in Ms.PowerPoint & Ms.Excel, and able to make excellent report & presentation
High anatytical skill to understanding user experience, familiar with customer immersion, and know UX methodology

6. Digital CRM Analyst

Qualifications

Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Information, Management, or Industrial Engineering
At least 1 year in Online / E-Commerce Business, or experienced in Project Management is a plus
