Saat ini Apique Creative Studio sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

DESIGN OR ARCHITECTURE INTERIOR (IN MEDAN)

Requirement:

1. Develop innovative design concepts that is reflective of client’s goals

2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent.

3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Good understanding on details, architectural and interior detailing and materials

5. Experience in all stages of project from conceptual to construction administration

6. Highly proficient in Autocad

7. Proficient in 3D Modelling and other graphic softwares such as Sketchup, 3D Max, Vray, Photshop etc

Job desk

1. Conduct other design efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, lighting and color coordination

2. Prepare and conduct client presentations

3. Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirement

4. Prepare color and material presentations and generate specification

PROJECT SUPERVISOR (IN MEDAN)

Responsibilities :

1. Define project scope and objectives

2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

3. Provide time schedule and work plan

4. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

5. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

6. Report and update due to the ongoing projects

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Building / Interior Design

2. 2 years of project management and related experience

3. Proven ability to solve problems creatively

4. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

5. Strong analytical skills and able to read construction/ interior drawings

6. Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful

7. Own a vehicle
