Posisi :

New Building Machinery Group Leader - WSI Belawan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Inspection of the new arrival Marine Engines/ Equipment’s. 
2. Undertaking the installation of marine engines / alignment of the shaft lines.
3. Undertaking the installation of marine propeller systems such as ZP/REX Azimuth propellers.
4. Undertaking the installation of pumps ensuring on the alignment between the pump and the prime mover. 
5. Making testing protocols for the New Building ships.
6. Analyzing pump performance.
7. Testing on the pipe lines of SW/FW & HT/LT & Compressed Air system include with Bilge & Ballast System.
8. Testing on the pipe lines of Lubricant and fire line system.
9. Testing on the pipe lines of Hydraulic system.
10. Undertaking the Starting / Operation of the marine engines.
11. Undertaking minor repair of Electrical systems & marine engines.
12. Undertaking sea trial performance of the ship systems & Bollard pull. 
13. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of testing protocols.
14. Participate in ship repair mechanical assistance wherever is require. 

Requirements

1. Complete knowledge of marine engines and electrical systems.
2. Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3. Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
4. Ability to work for long hours and at both, land and sea.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
6. Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Placement : Belawan, North Sumatera
