Posisi :

Productivity Supervisor

Job Description :

Develop salesman tehnical competencies to get high productivity & achieve company objective
Develop salesman routing to make sure salesman do the instruction & SOP including Outlet Survey, Outlet Validation & Outlet Registration
Develop, monitor and evaluate productivity on going sales activity & KPI
Check and approve/reject work plans per year and the revision of the department's operational route to market annual budget.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English is a must
Having experience in Tobacco and FMCG Industry
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Routing Management, Sales Training, and Analyse Sales and Productivity
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Willing to work mobile all around Indonesia, and placed in Medan, Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya.
