UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia membuka lowongan tenaga kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut:

Posisi :

TAX ASSISTANT

Responsibilities and Authorities :

• Support day to day tax related activities and issues;
• Support and control monthly tax compliance reconciliation, payments and reporting;
• Tax Audit and VAT Refund – Handle all data requirement for tax audit and vat refund process;
• Implement tax control based on Global Unilever policies;
• Assist payment process either through SAP interface or manually, fund arrangement, monitoring bank transaction, reconciliation and reporting to Bank Indonesia;
• Monitoring advance payment to vendor and employee;

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance Tax is essential;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting;
• Fluent in English Language both verbal and written;
• Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Excel, Power point, Word);
• Has good understanding in general Taxation Rules and Regulations;
• Has good understanding in Accounting System SAP;
• Strong interpersonal, good communication and customer service skills;
• Self-directed, the ability to work independently, and being highly-motivated;
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot;
• Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara.
