Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role Summary:

To ensure that all shipments within his area are picked up and delivered promptly.
To pick up and deliver shipments from/to customers in accordance with standard operating procedures and service standard

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure that he comes to work on time, collect and scan all shipments at OPS according to his respective area and leave for customers as soon as possible
Check all other delivery sheet before leafing for customers
Ensure that all equipments such as Scanners, radio, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID card, etc are proper and ready
Pick up and deliver shipments within his own area promptly and follow standard operating procedures (fill AWBs, use scanner, be polite and friendly, etc)
Submit all cash collected from customers to the operations cashier and SDR/scanner to Wand operator immediately upon arrival
Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse
Other duties as required
