AVP-FTTH Network Regional Operations (Medan)

Job Summary

Technical owner of the service within the region. Acts as the single point of contact for regional commercial teams for all matters related to the FTTH service and manages and provides:

Regional input for technical planning process (e.g. potential areas to be covered, location of NNI, partners, etc)
Acceptance of partner integrations before go-live
Actively monitors the performance of the partner and service and takes corrective action
Maintain close contact with all FTTH technical leads (Planning and deployment team) in the region

Job Description

Strategic Planning

Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into the department work plan
Provide and clarify department objectives for the team

In order to ensure group and division operate on a budget and help contribute to organizational goals

Development of FTTH Network

Set up strong governance for measuring FTTH partner performance
Identify key network performance issues in the region and areas of improvement
Responsible to keep up with technology update, understand company business direction and develop principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable operational aspect.
Consolidate to other functions for issues which are related to network operation and service quality.
Drive and regulate compliance with set governance and quality standards to mitigate Network Performance issues

Job Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering
Minimum 10 years experience in Network function in Telco company
Experience in Fiber Optic/FTTH/IP Network (FTTH Network experiences most preferable)
Managing end-to-end FTTH Network operational excellence, budget, governance and resources.
Possessing broad and deep knowledge of regional FTTH selection areas of deployment
