UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Project Control Engineer Marvel 2

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical/ Civil or related discipline;
Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineer for project;
Has good Management Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer Service; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Ability to Work Well Under Pressure; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organization; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail;
Familiar with Oleochemical process basic Costing, Pricing and Scheduling basic, Process Safety Management basic, Microsoft Project, SAP Basic, Project Management, Storage Tank & Warehouse Management System basic, TPM, WCM;
Strong English communication both spoken and written;
Proficient in Ms .Excel, word, Power point, Power BI and Outlook;
Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self inter personal and can work personally or team;
Has good leadership skills;
Good on process and operation in Oleochemicals plant;
Good Planning and implemented;
Painstaking and good endurance;
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities expected from role:

Take control on all project documents to avoid any miss for documentation and communication;
Take control on project budget so project can finish within the planned budget;
Take control on scheduling and project timeline so project can deliver on time;
Take control on resource movement (for all contractors and team who involved on project);
End to end alignment (align with project consultant, vendor, user/project team);
Alignment for all stakeholder related to project for all update and support;
