DSO sebagai salah satu perusahaan otomotif terbesar yang bergerak di bidang distribusi, penjualan, dan after sales service Daihatsu yang manajemennya ditangani penuh oleh PT Astra International. DSO adalah distributor tunggal sekaligus retailer kendaraan merk Daihatsu. SDO bertanggung jawab mengelola distribusi produk Daihatsu kepada cabang maupun delaer, serta mengelola after sales service (bengkel & sparepart). Saat ini Daihatsu memegang peringkat kedua dalam market share otomotif nasional, sesudah Toyota. Management Trainee Program Batch 1 2026

1. MT Part Supervisor

Requirements :

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, other relevant fields.
Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate.
Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
Have a good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Description :

Responsible for leading the parts sales team to achieve the sales target.
Responsible for designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

2. MT Sales Supervisor

Job Description :

Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales target at Astra Daihatsu branches.
Responsible for making good strategic marketing plan for sales unit.
Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
Willingness to be placed Indonesia is a MUST.
Possess have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Have a business sense and a drive for results.

3. MT Administration Supervisor

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Administration.
Fresh graduates or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
Have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Description :

Responsible for financial statement of Astra Daihatsu branch.
Responsible for creating and budgeting business plans for branch.
Responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.

4. MT Workshop Supervisor

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, other relevant major).
Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Description :

Responsible for leading and managing workshop in Astra Daihatsu branch.
Responsible for leading and managing the workshop at Astra Daihatsu branches.
Responsible for ensuring all workshop processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.
Responsible to make branch meets its unit entry target.

5. MT Foreman

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, o rother relevant fields.
Work experience in a similar field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in the automotive industry, especially in the workshop sector.
Willing to be placed in any Astra Daihatsu branch across Indonesia.

Job Description :

Determine the most appropriate repair method according to the diagnosis of the level of damage to the vehicle parts.
Responsible for distribution job of mechanics.

6. MT Service Advisor (SA)

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
Work experience in a similar field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in the automotive industry, especially in the workshop sector.
Strong drive to achieve results/targets.
