Berikut kami sampaikan Informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk berdiri pada 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia dalam hal aset, pinjaman, dan deposit. Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri yang mulai beroperasi sebagai bank gabungan milik pemerintah Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1999.

Salah satu pencapaian penting adalah penggantian secara menyeluruh platform teknologi. Bank Mandiri mewarisi sembilan sistem perbankan dari keempat ‘legacy banks’. Setelah investasi awal untuk konsolidasi sistem yang berbeda tersebut, Bank Mandiri mulai melaksanakan program penggantian platform yang berlangsung selama tiga tahun, dimana program pengganti tersebut difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penetrasi di segmen ‘retail banking’.

The ODP Regional Business program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to develop leaders and professional Retail Bankers, equipped with the skills and knowledge in Retail funding, lending, transactions, and services. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of Retail Banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. Your development journey will include job exposure in the Branch/ Area/ Regional Office and/or the Head Office of our retail business segment (e.g., branch, deposits, wealth management, retail loans, retail transactions, etc).

Requirements :

Local or International Bachelor’s graduates (S1) or Master’s/post-graduate (S2) in the relevant field of studies from a reputable University
Grade Point Average:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): minimum 3,00 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Master’s degree (S2): minimum 3,20 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Maximum age at selection:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): 25 years old
Master’s degree (S2): 27 years old
Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
No member of the nuclear family currently works in Bank Mandiri (i.e., parents, Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the first year of the program’s journey
Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia

2. Officer Development Program Wholesale Banking for Transaction Banking Wholesale

We are currently opening our ODP Wholesale Banking Program, specifically for Transaction Banking Wholesale Group. As a bank commited to providing wholesale solutions, Bank Mandiri provides a variety of transaction banking products and solutions. As parts of our Transaction Banking Wholesale Group, you will :

Develop, innovative Transaction Banking Wholesale products and solutions by leveraging market trends and technological advancements, including tailor-made offerings for clients.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness and expand business through above-the-line, below-the-line marketing and bank-wide engagement programs.
Act as a strategic advisor to counterparts and clients in adopting and implementing Transaction Banking Wholesale products and solutions
Serve client onboarding and implementation processes, delivering high-quality service to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction
In this program, you will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in Wholesale Banking and more specifically in Transaction Wholesale Banking. In your development journey, you will start off with an intensive in-class education, then followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different desks in Transaction Banking Wholesale Group.

Minimum Qualifications :

Local/ International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies from a reputable University, such as Economic, International Relations, and Engineering
Grade Point Average:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): minimum 3,00 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Master’s degree (S2): minimum 3,20 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Maximum age at selection:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): 25 years old
Master’s degree (S2): 27 years old
