Project Technical Support (Medan)

Job Description :

Memberikan arahan teknis terkait penggunaan produk (cat, pelapis, atau material terkait) pada proyek konstruksi maupun finishing bangunan.
Menyediakan panduan teknis kepada kontraktor, aplikator, dan tim proyek.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim proyek, kontraktor, dan tim sales untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai spesifikasi.
Melakukan pengawasan langsung di lapangan agar hasil pekerjaan sesuai standar kualitas.
Mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah teknis yang muncul selama proses aplikasi produk.
Memberikan solusi teknis yang tepat sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Memberikan pelatihan teknis kepada aplikator atau tim proyek mengenai metode aplikasi yang benar.
Mendukung kegiatan presentasi teknis produk bila diperlukan oleh tim sales.

Requirements :

Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja di industri building materials
Minimal 2 tahun pernah bekerja sebagai pelaksana/pengawas pada proyek bangunan sipil, konstruksi maupun finishing bangunan.
Mampu melakukan koordinasi lapangan, menguasai pengawasan, dan supervisi lapangan.
Mampu melakukan penanganan masalah dan memberikan solusi teknis pekerjaan sesuai prosedur.
Mampu menguasai perhitungan volume satuan material
Menguasai Ms.Excel,Ms.Word & Powerpoint
Mampu bekerja secara individu dan tim.
Mampu melakukan pemaparan produk dan praktek aplikasi.
Memiliki SIM A / SIM C
