Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Production Manager (Soap Bar & Soap Noodle)

Job Description :

Responsible for implementation of the production plans in both quantities and quality.
Responsible for the daily supervision of the various production sections and the proper running of work in these section, and to solve them.
Coordinate continually between the production sections and the other sections and departments.
Ensure the Process Parameters of Saponification, Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerine are correctly formulated (in conjunction with R&D and QC), reviewed & followed.
Ensure the Optimum Utilization of the resources like Manpower (including overtime strict control), Material consumption, Utilities & Consumables.
To maintain daily production reports.
To maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quantity and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
To strictly control the scrap generation & optimize the recycling & reuse.
Ensure that the Plant & machinery is always maintained well.
Ensure Cleanliness & Housekeeping of the Factory & its all areas is maintained at all the times.
To plan the issuing and delivery of raw materials from stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
To coordinate with Logistic Manager in case of change in daily plans.
To coordinate with Maintenance Manager regarding periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance plans as well as planned maintenance programs and overhauling.
To coordinate with Human Resource Department in defining the number and qualifications of workers who need training programs, and to participate in implementing these to up-grade the skills and efficiencies of production workers.
To be responsible for evaluating the performance of work at the various stages and the performance of the individual workers and write annual and periodic reports on them.
To lead & participate in products development programs.
To comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
To participate & lead the Management Review Meetings.
To ensure with the Section Heads that the Real reasons for the variances are found & rectified.
To ensure document and data control as per quality assurance concepts.
To identify and plan the process control activity, which directly affect the quality and ensure that these process are carried out under controlled conditions.
To coordinate with Quality Control Manager on issues regarding disposal on non-conformity.
To ensure the Targets of QDI & RFT for his area.
To ensure there are No market complaints.
To perform what is entrusted to him within his jurisdiction and in the interest of work
To participate actively in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 (Safety), HALAL, GMP implementation.
To lead Efficiency Circles & related programs for Plant
To steer & develop the Team as a Strong leader with Effective Demonstration & Coaching
Developing his down line & plant operators and work force. Identify the training needs & implement the development programs (in conjunction with HRD).

Requirements :

Education background in Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related major preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in soap and glycerin manufacture.
The detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving.
Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner.
Physically and mentally health.
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, GMP, and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
Willing to be placed in Medan KIM 2
