HRD SUPERVISOR
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits and employee relations
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and support the overall business objectives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong background in organizational development and talent management
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Succificient knowledge of Human Capital Management policies and best practices
- Understand about TKA documents, General Affairs jobs and payroll system
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, professional manners, consistent, and initiative
