Posisi :

HRD SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and onboarding new hires
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits and employee relations
Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and support the overall business objectives

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
Strong background in organizational development and talent management
Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Succificient knowledge of Human Capital Management policies and best practices
Understand about TKA documents, General Affairs jobs and payroll system
Good interpersonal skills, communication, professional manners, consistent, and initiative
