People Organization Development Officer

Requitment :

Candidate must be Bachelor of Psychology, Management SDM and/or any relevant background
Having experience in HR Minimum 5 years (Organization Development / Learning Development)
Good Communication English
Familiar with Recruitment Tools & Training Tools
Familiar with Development, KPI (Key Performance Indikator), Manpower Planning, WLA (Work Load Analysis), Jobdescription, etc
Familiar with HR industry (More Prefarable Industry Palm Oil)
Having team work & Honest
Willing to be place KIM II - Deli Serdang
