Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia. Kendaraan Mitsubishi Motors telah hadir di Indonesia sejak lebih dari 40 tahun lalu. Per tanggal 1 April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI).

Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap pemintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel. Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, yang tentunya hal ini diperuntukkan bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.



Saat ini PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI). membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

1. Human Resources Development (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
  2. Maintain candidate database.
  3. Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
  4. Maintain employees’ training database.
  5. Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
  6. Manage internship program.
  7. Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
  8. Perform any other adhoc activities as required.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female
  2. Age:21-25
  3. Marital Status:Single / Married
  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Psikologi
  6. Experience:At Least 1 Years
  7. Good command in English (verbal & written).
  8. General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
  9. Good analytical & logical thinking.
  10. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  11. Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
  12. Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
  13. Able to driving a car will be a plus.

2. Brand Communication (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Create, develop, and evaluate the brand communication strategy
  2. Develop brand activation activity and responsible for its end-to-end process
  3. Maintain and evaluate brand communication and activation concept implementation, both in MMKSI and dealers
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Prepare, maintain, and control budget and all administration process related with Department activities
  6. Support on creating communication strategy and creative production for new product

Qualifications

  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Ilmu Komunikasi
  6. Experience:At Least 1 Years
  7. Good command of English (verbal & written)

  9. Creative and strategic thinking skill
  10. Proven experience in project management will be beneficial
  11. Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Office 365
  12. Willing to travel frequently for business trip

3. IT (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and review IT activity request
  2. Coordinate with related parties for IT activity procurement
  3. Prepare, maintain, and monitor departmental budget & payment process to vendor
  4. Review access right for users
  5. Set up user’s device security (iOS/Android)
  6. Maintain IT database
  7. Generate scheduled and or ad hoc reports

Qualifications

  2. Age:22-26
  3. Marital Status:Single / Married
  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi
  6. Experience:Fresh Graduate
  7. Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
  8. Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using Ms. Excel (pivot & macro), Ms. Access (macro)
  9. Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using dashboard software (such as Power BI)
  10. Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
  11. Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial

4. Junior Trainer (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Manage preparation, implementation, & post-training activities and administrative task needed.
  2. Deliver salesmanship and product knowledge training.
  3. Supervise and work closely with Mitsubishi Dealer Trainer.
  4. Monitor in-house training at Mitsubishi dealer.
  5. Develop training materials.
  6. Prepare e-learning modules.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female

  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Manajemen, Ilmu Komunikasi, Others
  6. Experience:At Least 1 Years
  7. Good command of English (verbal and written).
  8. Proven experience as a trainer will be a plus.
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  10. Proven experience on public speaking and presentation skill.
  11. Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc) and Ms. PowerPoint.
  12. Familiar in using Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effect will be beneficial.
  13. Had a general knowledge of Mitsubishi products will be a plus.

5. Area Coordinator After Sales (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
  2. Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
  3. Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
  4. Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
  5. Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
  6. Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female
  2. Age:25-30
  3. Marital Status:Single / Married
  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Teknik Industri, Finance, Economics, Manajemen, Marketing
  6. Experience:At Least 3 Years
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
  9. Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  10. Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
  11. Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
  12. Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).
