Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk berdiri pada 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia dalam hal aset, pinjaman, dan deposit. Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri yang mulai beroperasi sebagai bank gabungan milik pemerintah Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1999.

Salah satu pencapaian penting adalah penggantian secara menyeluruh platform teknologi. Bank Mandiri mewarisi sembilan sistem perbankan dari keempat ‘legacy banks’. Setelah investasi awal untuk konsolidasi sistem yang berbeda tersebut, Bank Mandiri mulai melaksanakan program penggantian platform yang berlangsung selama tiga tahun, dimana program pengganti tersebut difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penetrasi di segmen ‘retail banking’.

Saat ini PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Januari 2026 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. 1. Officer Development Program Business Enabler 2026

The ODP Business Enabler program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to create and develop leaders and professionals in various business-enabling functions, which include banking operations, finance, strategy, legal, human resources, market research, corporate communication, real estate management, and others. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank’s support functions.

Requirements :

Local or International Bachelor’s graduates (S1) or Master’s/post-graduate (S2) in the relevant field of studies from a reputable University
Grade Point Average:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): minimum 3,00 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Master’s degree (S2): minimum 3,20 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
Maximum age at selection:
Bachelor’s degree (S1): 25 years old
Master’s degree (S2): 27 years old
Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication

The ODP Wholesale Banking program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to develop leaders and professional Wholesale Bankers, equipped with the skills and knowledge in Wholesale funding, lending, and solutions. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of Wholesale Banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. You will get the opportunity for exciting yet challenging exposure in Government & Institutions.

Through intensive training, mentorship, and job rotations across various banking functions, participants will gain deep insights into risk governance, compliance, and business sustainability, preparing them to take on strategic roles in ensuring the Bank’s sound risk culture and operational excellence.
