We’re thrilled to announce that Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia is launching the second batch of our Management Trainee Program!

Are you a passionate, proactive, and high-potential talent ready to take on real challenges and grow into a future leader? This program is your gateway to mastering technical excellence and gaining strategic business insights in the dynamic oleochemical industry.

Requirements :

2024 graduates (with maximum 2 years of working experience) and 2025 graduates (or will be graduated before December 2025)
Bachelor’s degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Physics, and Industrial), Chemistry, Accounting, Management, IT and Psychology major with minimum GPA of 3.3.
Actively involved in organization/campus activities.
A highly driven individual with strong agility.
Eager to step outside of the comfort zone to KEK Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
