Posisi :

R & D Packaging Supervisor

Job Description :

To lead development of packaging according to customer demand.
Coordinate with suppliers and communicating related packaging and follow up on suppliers.
Make a report for the develop results.
Review the existing packaging specifications (paper wrapper, flow wrap, floppy box, plastic bundling for Toilet Soap, outer carton, plastic pouch for Laundry, shampoo packaging) and make revisions if necessary.
Making improvements to provide added value to the existing packaging.
Review the load ability of the existing product.
Setting up a key line drawing.
Reviewing the size and proportional design of new and existing products.
To perform Costing and comparability for packaging development.
Determine the load ability of a new product.
Determine and review packaging for glyserin.
Conduct the packaging stability test and control of packaging on existing conditions.
Create and review process parameters for packaging machines.
Conduct the Competitor packaging analysis.
To perform other related jobs assigned by the R & D Manager.
To provide input to R & D Manager for Monthly Reports.
To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 implementation.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Able to Speak in English
Experience at least 1 – 5 years as R & D Packaging Supervisor in Soap and FMCG Industry
Good & Strength attitude, communication, leadership, integrity, report writing
Good health & physic
Good computer skill in Ms Office
Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan
