Dimulai pada tahun 1981 sebagai perusahaan konfeksioneri dengan nama Unican, saat ini kami telah berkembang menjadi perusahaan FMCG yang bernaung di bawah nama United Food Family (Unifam) sebagaimana dipublikasikan pada tahun 2012. Kini Unifam beroperasi melalui 1 kantor pusat nasional dan 4 kantor internasional yang terdiri dari sekitar 5.000 karyawan. Saat ini PT United Family Food (Unifam) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Agustus 2025 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

1. Distribution Development Supervisor

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experienced as supervisor in distribution development sector, including finding new/replacing distributor, minimum 2 years
Proven in handling distributor review and determining additional Exclusive Salesman
Excellent in communication, negotiation, data analysis, and interpersonal skills
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Placement: West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Ensure the flow of business processes (related to distribution) runs according to SOP
Identify opportunities for network expansion and improvement
Determine new distribution points & screening distributor candidates
Search for a replacement distributor (if needed)
Conduct reviews of existing distributors & monitoring review results
Carry out Area Mapping to determine new points, number of Exclusive Salesman needed, etc.
Ensure company distribution system runs well in all sectors

2. Head of Region

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experienced in General Trade as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
Proven Sales Track Record
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
Good in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel
Experienced in handling the placement area
Placement: Medan, DKI Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the region
Maintain effective relationship by visiting
Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

3. Head of Area

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experience in General Trade as Head of Area (Sales Supervisor) in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
Proven Sales Track Record
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
Good in Microsoft Office
Placement: Balikpapan, Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
Maintain effective relationship by visiting
Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

4. Sales Coordinator

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experience in General Trade as Sales Coordinator in FMCG Industry, minimum of 2 years
Proven Sales Track Record
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Have a driving license (SIM C)
Placement: Bengkulu, Depok/Leuwiliang, Cimahi, Garut, Subang, Magelang, Tegal, Banyuwangi, Kediri, Barabai/Ampah, Bontang, Pangkalan Bun, Gorontalo, Pare-pare

Responsibilities :

Maintain effective relationship by visiting
Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company
