Posisi :

1. Mining Supervisor

Job Summary :

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min. 4 year exp as mining foreman, or 3 years as mining supervisor
Good communication and leadership skill
Familiar with mining software
Willing to be placed in all company location
May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

2. Senior Mining Engineer

Manage, monitor, and evaluate mining operation performance and liaise with Superior and Project Manager to foster an efficient Mining operation through competent Technical and Engineering skills and disciplines.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min 2-3 years experience as a Mining Engineer
Exposure on variety of Mining disciplines
Outstanding leadership skills
May be required to assist at project sites
May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
Strong capability in analytical skill.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

3. Senior Operation Excellence Engineer

Practice operation data, processes, procedures and performance, and ensure Mining BL initiatives implementation, CInTA program and on-site improvement running well and follow timeline using established continuous improvement techniques; Ensure continuous improvement processes and tasks are in line with organizational goal.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field, out of which 2 years in a mining company (preferable) and recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded.
Minimum 4 years professional experience in related field, out of which 2 years in a mining company (preferable) and recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded.
Prior experience on involved in the corporate processes function such as change management process.
Competent using statistcal software application such as MINITAB
Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites
Demontrated ability to influence and lead change
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

4. Senior Project Cost Control

Monitoring of the project financial performance, both revenue and costs, against the Projects budget and/or forecast to support the achievement of the Projects financial objectives; Prepare both periodic project reports and financial statement; Identify and analyze revenue driver and costs driver to determine the impact on project revenue and project costs.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min. 3 years experiences in dealing with cost control
Analytical thinking and good supervisory skill.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to be placed at project site.
Good communication and influencing skill.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

5. Production Engineer

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements :

Diploma Degree of Geology Engineering
Min. 1 (one) year experience in mining industry
Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
Good knowledge of best practices in Project Management.
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail
Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting
Fluent in English, bothand spoken and written is an advantage

6. Mining Engineer

Monitor, control and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance, using established continuous improvement techniques in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunity for improvement in mining project.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry
Good communication and coordination skil
Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail
Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Willing to be placed in all company site offices
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

7. Surveyor

Conducts surveys at surface and subsurface mine sites to implement mine design and obtain data used in planning mining operations including monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims align with company’s policies and rules.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Any major
Min. 1 years experiences as a Surveyor
Mine Surveying certified
Hold POP competency
Outstanding leadership skill
Able to operate mining survey equipment
May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

8. SHE Officer

Maintain, monitor and review daily operation and facilities to ensure employee safety comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.

Requirements :

Diploma Degree of Any major
Minimal 1 year have experinces in SHE Field implementation at High risk industry
Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
Will be prefered if understand of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety
Able to conduct presentation
Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
Communicative and inovative
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

9. FMS Engineer

Monitor and supervise production activities an effective fleet management system by analyze and investigate reason for failure to comply with productivity target using the selected system.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer or Foreman/Supervisor especially with experience running Fleet Management System.
Good understanding of Mining Business Processes.
Good analytical skill and problem solving skill.
Strong reporting and technical writing
Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
Good customer service and team work
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

10. Training Foreman

Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Any major
Min. 1 years experiences in training field.
Experienced in organizing imparting events and preparation of quality mgmt. system documents.
Acceptable knowledge for various types and models of mining/earth work machines.
High level of quality awareness for legal and administrative controls of workplace health/ safety risks.
Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
