Posisi :

Quantity Surveyor Asst Supervisor (Factory Project)

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping works.
Establish project budgets and update forecasts throughout the project.
Prepare tender documentation (BOQs, technical specs, scope of work).
Evaluate contractor/supplier bids and provide recommendations.
Negotiate terms and assist in contract award.
Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance.
Assess variations and change orders.
Manage claims and dispute resolution processes.
Perform on-site quantity take-offs.
Validate contractor measurements and valuations.
Track actual quantities against estimated values.
Monitor ongoing costs and provide cost/value reconciliations.
Identify and report any financial risks or overruns.
Prepare regular cost reports and dashboards.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
At least 2–4 years in refinery, or industrial projects.
Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
Willing to be placed in all company operations.
