SMART’s palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers). Our primary activities are cultivating and harvesting oil palms, processing fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel, and refining CPO into value-added products such as cooking oil, margarine, and shortening. We operate 16 mills, four kernel crushing plants and four refineries across Indonesia.

Besides bulk and industrial oil, SMART’s refined products are also marketed under several brands such as Filma and Kunci Mas. Today, these brands have been recognised for their high quality and command significant market share in their respective segment in Indonesia.

Local Administration Officer

Job Description :

Conducting controlling activities in the field of shipping and receiving of oil.
Ensure all activities are well documented and neat.
Ensure the delivery of SPK and IPB to the transporter has been received
Conduct feasibility inspection of transportation facilities and facilities.
Contact the Transport if the Fleet is late
Prioritize priority scale for consumer delivery and coordinate with Loading anloding for delivery to run properly.
Hold handover shift
Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
Responsible and guard against self-discipline.
Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness and beauty.
Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness in the area of work, and tidiness documents that are the responsibility.
Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Having minimum at least 1 year of experience in a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication and analyzing skills
Fluent in English, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
Willing to be placed in Medan Belawan
