Logistic Distribution Centre Staff (Medan)

Job Overview

The LDC Staff in the Supply Chain Management department plays a crucial role in overseeing inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of inventory management processes.

Key Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or related field is required. Familiarity with supply chain operations will be an advantage.
Graduated from Logistic or Administration field
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with ability to work both independently & within a team
Familiarity with inventory management software and Ms Office Suite
Able to join immediately & willing to be placed in Medan

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock replenishments.
Prepare reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Support the resolution of inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
