UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

SAP Officer

Main Job Purpose :

Supporting Fatty Alcohol and Dry Fractionation for incoming/out going material on the tank farm and drumming product.

Responsibilities :

Execute administrative and transactional processes within the SAP system, in accordance with manufacturing business process requirements.
This includes maintaining accurate documentation for production data, raw material quantities, and products in storage tanks, all to support traceability in accordance with the quality management system.
Assisting and monitoring the transmission of purchase documents such as Purchase Order, Order Request and collection of offer data from external provider
