Internship Opportunities in :

1. Corporate Function

Grab Internship Overview & Role :

Be a part of an exciting internship that last 3 Months from September 2025 – December 2025.
Work placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, where Grab operates.
You will be reporting to the team manager and will based on-site.
You will establish relationships with multiple team members through managing people, communication, public affairs, legal, finance & accounting, or any other general services. The output expectation is to provide an excellent service to support the operational teams and our overall efficiency.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
College students or fresh graduates with a background in Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy Management, Psychology, Administration, Political Science, International Relations or other similar majors.
Experience operating Microsoft & Google Suites
Proficiency in English both in written & verbal.

2. Research & Data Analytics

Grab Internship Program Overview :

Be a part of an exciting internship that last 3 Months from September 2025-December 2025.
Work placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta or where Grab operates.
You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.
You will have to do research on our products and the market, where the output expectation is to support our new and ongoing programs. You will give suggestions and actions for our product development.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

Minimum GPA of 3.25 from reputable universities
College students or fresh graduates with a background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other similar majors.
Interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide relevant insights.
Experience operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or other data visualization & analysis tools would be a high plus, ie SQL, Phyton.
English proficiency in both written and verbal.

3. Technology Engineering & Product

Grab Internship Overview & Role :

Be a part of an exciting internship journey with the GrabOVO Internship Program!
This is a 4,5 months internship program and will start in September 2025 – February 2026. You will be reporting to the team Manager and you will be based onsite. This program is a paid internship and a non-credit bearing internship.
You will have to help improve our product using metrics and datasets and also promote collaborations between diverse teams toward a successful product. The output expectation is to improve efficiency, foster innovation, and maintain high development standards in the system backend, design, or production process.
You will work with backend, frontend, mobile, QA, product design & development and other team that work with technology and product improvements.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
You possess solid Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
For tech engineering: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates (max. 1 year from graduation) with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or other similar majors.
For product: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates (max. 1 year from graduation) from Industrial Engineering, Information System, Computer Science, and Business Management
Enjoy coding in any language (GoLang, Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.JS, Objective C, Swift, SQL, Tableau)
Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Sketch)
Have knowledge with multiple cloud platforms like GCP, AWS.

4. Creative Marketing, Campaign & Communications

Grab Internship Program Overview :

Be a part of an exciting internship that last 3 Months from September 2025 – December 2025.
Work placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or where Grab operates.
You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.
You will have to deliver ideas related to creative and relations purposes, such as creating creative content, marketing campaigns, or developing communications & partnership strategies with internal and external parties. The output is to promote Grab’s products and manage Grab’s reputation through media relations and other communications channels.

Wht Essential Skills You Will Need :

Minimum GPA of 3.25 from reputable universities
College students or fresh graduates with a background in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Law, International Relations, Political Science, or other similar majors
Photo and video editing tools (i.e Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator), copywriting, or other creative content production
English proficiency in both written and verbal

Grab Internship Overview & Role :

Be a part of an exciting internship that last 3 months from September 2025 – Dcember 2025.
Work placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or where Grab operates.
You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.
You will have to collect feedback, analyze, and provide recommendations toward current regulations and processes. The output expectation is to improve the process or working system effectiveness.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

Minimum GPA of 3.25 from reputable universities
College students or fresh graduates with a background in Operational Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar majors.
Create insights from data and feedback and propose improvements
Experience operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or other data visualization and analysis tools would be a high plus.
Proficiency in English Communication both verbal and written.
