Posisi :
Commercial Department Head
Job Descriptions :
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals for logistics and warehousing services.
- Lead and manage the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to executive management.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM usage, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Ensures work activities are performed in compliance with current SOPs and Work Instructions in line with the QHSSE Management System.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales and commercial roles within the logistics and warehousing industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing large accounts or business units.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and freight forwarding operations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- High level of initiative, professionalism, and decision-making ability.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong client-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Complies with QHSE regulations in the performance of their duties.
