Posisi :

Production Supervisor (Refinery & Fractination Oil Palm Manufacture)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare, review and coordinate with his subordinates for all Work Instruction and operating guidelines for operational refining & fractionation plant and ensure accurate implementation thereof
Write all instructions (planning, tank utilizing, changing product, etc.) clearly in Bahasa Indonesia to his subordinate to avoid confusing and miscommunication
Train refining & fractionation operator and supervisor with well versed in their job & make them efficient.
Monitor and control refining & fractionation plant if any changes in the production wise, any abnormality need highlight to Production Superintendent.
Control starting up/ shutting down plant and plant parameters.
Ensure that all operational refining & fractionation plant from planning, processing, and sampling till finish product fulfill the quality requirement.
Ensure quality and quantity of product according to standard and budget.
Prepare any break down, with the detail reason also what action have been taken to eliminate root cause of the problem.
