Located on the Batangtoru River in South Tapanuli, North Sumatera Province, Indonesia, NSHE is set to become one of Indonesia’s leading renewable energy producers. Our project supports 15% of the country's peak load system while utilizing watershed potential to generate sustainable and reliable electricity.

Posisi :

Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Recording: Record and process daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receivables.
3. Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
4. Tax Administration: Support preparation of tax reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) in compliance with regulations.
5. Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and documentation.
6. Reporting Assistance: Help prepare periodic financial reports and provide data for internal and external reporting needs.
7. Audit Support: Assist in providing documentation and data during audits.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage.
3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is preferred.
4. Communication: Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in handling financial data.
6. Time Management: Able to work effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
