Posisi :

Process Engineer (Supervisor Level)

Job Summary :

Responsibilities include optimizing and improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Supervise manufacturing process, maintenance, and modifications to infrastructure and support equipment (HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Electrical systems, etc)
Construct, evaluate, and report maintenance and engineering results for the facility
Providing continual improvement processes and advice on engineering methods and procedures

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering background
Have at least 3 Years (s) of working experience in a related position in Chemical/Paper Manufacturing
Having a highly technical strategy of operational excellence
Strong leadership skills, adaptability, loyalty, and good communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experienced in control system architecture and construction
Understanding the requirements and applications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 and SMK3
