Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja  dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager ICAE Reliability

Duties & Responsibility :

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance data and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset life cycles.
• Monitor and report key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee inspection programs to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop inspection plans for ICAE equipment and other critical assets.

Qualification Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic / Physic Engineering 
• Minimum of 8 years experience in ICAE or maintenance roles in the preferably in chemicals, oleochemicals or petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of reliability tools (RCM, FMEA, RCA) and inspection methodologies.
• Proficiency in CMMS SAP PM and inspection management systems.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and inspection technologies.
• Problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
