UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager Production Soap

Job Summary :

Assistant Manager Production will be responsiblble for controlling and troubleshooting of the Soap Noodles Plant. This role includes managing the production schedule and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the Soap Noodles production plant.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes and product quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirement & Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in soap or oleochemical manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
