Posisi :

Store Supervisor (Siantar)

Job Description :

• Responsible for day to day operational activities includes:
• process and control
• sales, inventory/ stock
• customer services
• Manage store team
• Coaching and counseling

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum education D1 degree
• Must have minimum 2 years experience in retail store operations
• Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
• Have analytical thinking possess
• Proficient in English, spoken and written
• Computer Literate
• Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure
• Willing to be relocated to other stores within the same city
• Willing to be placed at Siantar, Sumatera Utara
• Willing to work in shift schedule include weekend and public holiday
