Posisi :

Personal Assistant - Medan

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. Fully Responsible for all tasks assigned by Director.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize and manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and personal agenda.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting materials for the Director.
  • Vendor sourcing & negotiation.
  • Provide alternative ideas and creative ideas to Director.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Manage and organize important documents and files, ensuring information and records are well stored and easily accessible.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and other relevant parties on behalf of the Director.
  • Perform other personal tasks as requested by the Director to support daily operations and business activities.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administation, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary, or in other administrative roles, preferably in the large corporations.
  • Having a good attitude, Thrustworthy, Flexible, and Confidence.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Mandatory), Hokkien & Mandarin (is Advantage).
  • Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, high integrity, detail-oriented and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • High-energy personality with a go-getter attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic industry.
  • Domiciled in Medan is preferable. Placement : Medan, North Sumatra.
