UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Procurement PM Officer

General Overview :

Organize, supervise, correct, manage and coordinate the arrival of packaging materials with planner parts correctly and timely to support production can be done in accordance with production planning, and establish relationships with external providers for business continuity.

Job Description :

Responsible for scheduling the timely arrival of packaging material in accordance with the demand planner
Responsible to ensure that the material received is in accordance with quality and quantity
Regulates, collects and verifies data primarily concerning external legal documents for raw materials and packaging materials
Assisting and monitoring the transmission of purchase documents such as Purchase Order, Order Request and collection of offer data from external provider
Conduct purchase administration process as well as tidy up purchase documents
Fill out documents and contents of purchase data for Packaging Materials
Following up the entire communication transmission of corporate purchase documents to an external provider
Ensure that outgoing communication documents are well received by external providers
Prepare data, receive samples from suppliers and distribute to related parties for further processing
Responsible for the entire documentation system on purchases

Qualifications :

Willing to be placed at Special Economic Zone, SEI MANGKEI, SIMALUNGUN, North Sumatera
Bachelor degree with good versed in English
Proven work experience for at least 3 years in procurement
Hands-on experience for handling Direct/Raw Material/Packaging Material
Hands-on experience create contract terms of agreement, presentation to stakeholder, tender process
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
Hands-on experience with purchasing software: SAP, etc
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical and negotiation skills
